Here's How It Works
Apply to UAI
Submit your application and showcase your skills and interests. A non-refundable token application fee of N2000 is required to process your application
Acceptance and Enrollment
Upon acceptance into the program, a mandatory Acceptance Fee of N5000 is required to enroll in the Student Apprenticeship Program
Receive Training
Participate in free short, targeted training sessions in your chosen track, including mandatory Workplace and Soft Skills training including Workplace Tools and AI Automation. Receive a proficiency certificate for each training successfully completed, backed by your project contributions
Match with a Project
Interview with potential clients and be matched with a project that aligns with your skills and goals
Gain Experience
Contribute to real-world projects and receive a stipend for your valuable contributions

Project Associate
Progression
After 3+ months of demonstrating your ability to effectively and efficiently execute projects as an Apprentice, you’ll have the opportunity to apply for a Project Associate role.
Responsibilities
You’ll support Project Managers, assisting with project planning, tracking progress, and ensuring project deliverables are met.
Mentorship
Receive mentorship and guidance from experienced Project Managers, further developing your project management skills.
Focus
Gain experience in project coordination, communication, and problem-solving, preparing you for leadership roles.
Project Manager
Progression
After demonstrating ambition, commitment (6+ months), and the drive to lead a team, you’ll have the opportunity to become a client-facing Project Manager!
