1. User Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
You are responsible for maintaining your password and activity under your account.
Misuse or unauthorized access may result in suspension.
2. Course Enrollment & Access
Enrollment grants you access to specific course content, assessments, and downloadable resources.
Some content may have time-limited access or require payment.
Sharing your login with others is strictly prohibited.
3. Payments
All paid courses and certificates must be fully paid via our secure payment processors (e.g., Paystack, Flutterwave, Stripe).
Fees are clearly stated on course pages.
Refunds are not guaranteed unless stated in a course’s refund policy.
4. Mentor Contributions
Mentors retain rights to their content but grant us permission to display it on our platform.
Instructors must ensure their content is original and not plagiarized.
5. Certificate Issuance
Certificates are issued upon successful completion of a course or program.
We reserve the right to revoke certificates in cases of cheating or abuse.
6. Intellectual Property
All content (videos, texts, quizzes, branding) belongs to Utidia or its partners.
Users may not reproduce or redistribute platform content without permission.
7. Prohibited Uses
You may not:
Share pirated content or bypass payment systems
Upload harmful scripts or spam
Harass or abuse students/instructors
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
Any loss of data due to user error or third-party tools
Any missed opportunities or employment based on certificates
9. Termination
We may suspend or delete accounts that violate our policies or terms.
10. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by the laws of Nigeria (or your registered location if applicable).
