Elevate Your Business and Empower Future Talent: Partner with UAI's Project Unit
UAI’s Project Unit connects businesses with skilled apprentices, fostering real-world learning and innovative solutions.
At UAI, we believe in the power of experiential learning. Our Project-Based Apprenticeship program is designed to equip apprentices with practical skills and real-world experience, preparing them to excel in their chosen fields. And at the heart of this program is our Project Unit.
- Submit Your Project: Organizations like yours can submit real-world projects or tasks that are relevant to our various Apprenticeship tracks. These projects should align with the skills being taught in our four Faculties:
- Faculty of Technology and Computing
- Faculty of Business and Enterprise
- Faculty of Green Energy and Sustainability
- Faculty of Vocational Engineering
- Hands-on Training: Our apprentices tackle these projects under the guidance of experienced mentors, applying their knowledge and skills in a practical setting.
- Benefits for Your Organization:
- Access to a Skilled Workforce: Gain access to a pool of motivated and talented apprentices ready to tackle real-world challenges.
- Cost-Effective Solutions: Get your projects completed efficiently and at a fraction of the cost of hiring full-time employees.
- Innovation and Fresh Perspectives: Benefit from the creative ideas and fresh perspectives of our apprentices.
- Contribute to Education: Play a vital role in developing the next generation of skilled professionals and contribute to a brighter future.
Free Submission (up to Two Projects):
We believe in building strong community partnerships. That’s why we offer organizations two free project submissions.
Monthly Administrative Fee:
For organizations who wish to continue submitting projects after their initial two free submissions, a monthly administrative fee of N10,000 applies. This fee helps cover administrative costs and ensures the continued sustainability of the Project Unit.
