Employers/Entrepreneurs/Organizations Section

UAI is a dedicated arm of Utidia, focused on connecting businesses with talented students and graduates for project-based collaborations. We offer two key engagement models: apprenticeships and opportunities to submit real-world projects for our Apprenticeship Diploma Program graduates.

You gain access to top talent, cost-effective solutions for your projects, fresh perspectives, and a pipeline for future hires. This applies whether you are requesting an apprentice or submitting a project for our graduates.

Visit our website and click on the “Request an Apprentice” button. You’ll be guided through the process of submitting your apprentice project requirements or simply send your project request to partnerutidia@gmail.com or partner@utidia.com

Projects in areas like Marketing, Business Development, Operations, and Data Analytics are well-suited for UAI apprentices, where you can directly guide their work and see their immediate contributions.

You are expected to provide payment to the student apprentice for their contributions to the project. This payment is paid to Utidia for remittance to the apprentice. The amount of payment is determined by you, taking into consideration the apprentice’s skill level, the project scope, and the time commitment required.

No, you do not pay Utidia for matching you with an apprentice. Utidia only takes a service charge of 10 percent for payments in Naira and 15 percent for non-Naira payments, which is deducted from the payment you make to the apprentice. The remaining amount is then remitted to the apprentice

We carefully screen and match candidates based on their skills, interests, and your project requirements. You’ll have the opportunity to interview potential candidates before making a final selection.

Your responsibilities include providing clear project guidelines, offering mentorship and guidance to the apprentice, and providing payment for their contributions.

Visit our website and click on the “Submit Projects” button. You’ll be guided through the process of submitting your project description and requirements or simply send your project request to partnerutidia@gmail.com or partner@utidia.com

Projects that require a defined deliverable, have clear objectives, and allow for independent problem-solving are ideal. This helps our graduates showcase the skills they’ve developed during the program.

There is no direct cost to submit your project. However, successful projects often involve some level of engagement with the graduates to provide feedback and context.

Projects are matched with graduates based on their specialization track, skill sets, and expressed interests. Our program instructors provide guidance and ensure that projects are aligned with the curriculum objectives.

The duration of apprenticeship projects varies depending on the scope and complexity, but they typically range from a few weeks to several months.

Yes! Many of our partners choose to hire apprentices after the project is completed, providing a great opportunity to build your team with proven talent.

Yes, you retain ownership of the output of both projects and apprentices as they work with you.

You can contact the UAI team, and we’ll provide ongoing support to ensure a successful collaboration, regardless of which engagement model you choose.
