Once access is granted, no refund, exchange, or credit will be issued under any circumstance.

3. Technical Issues
If you are facing technical difficulties accessing the platform or course content, please contact our support team. We will do our best to resolve the issue promptly, but this does not qualify for a refund.
4. Exceptions (If Applicable)
Only in rare cases such as duplicate payment or failed course delivery due to our system error (not user issues), management may consider a refund at its sole discretion.
All such requests must be submitted within 48 hours of payment and must include proof.
